Get started

Getting started with our Chatbot is easy!
Just follow the steps below and you'll be up and running in no time.

Go to the Chatbots (opens in a new tab) page under Elements from your Aidbase dashboard.
Create a new chatbot and configure it.

Add knowledge to your Chatbot under the Knowledge tab.
If you haven't created and trained any knowledge yet, do that first.

Set up your new Chatbot on your website using one of the methods below.
